Nightlife Best DJ DJ STEVEN K is an eight year veteran in the DJ business and became a DJ the same way most do. In 2003 he started DJing in a spare room in his house then on to house parties, then to his first club gig, then to residencies, now into producing and remixing. He has been call “the bestwell rounded DJ” in Charlotte with his wide variety of music and mixing abilities. Anywhere from 70’s Motown to old school hip hop, 80’s, 90’s, top 40, break, house, electro house, rock and metal. He has DJ’D at every major club and held residencies in charlotte at Mythos, Ibiza, Twist, Liquid Lounge, City Tavern, Club 2000, Cans, Ménage, Kashmir, The Sunset Club, Kiss Lounge, Luna Lounge, Eden, Lava Lounge, The Zoo, and Velocity. As well as DJing different parties for Michael Jordon, Bob Johnson, Charlotte Bobcats, Carolina Panthers, Fantasia, Huey Louis and members of the NC government .
Also opening up for some touring DJ/PRODUCERS DJX, BABY ANNE, RICK WEST, BOY GEORGE, AGENT K and DUECE, DJ FIXX, MIKE B, PLUMMET, DJ JUS CHRIS, DJ DAN, L.A. RIOTS, RICK SANTIAGO, J.J. FLORES, TREASURE FINGERS, BENNI BENNASI, DJ KERI, STARKILLERS, DJ TRASHY, UBERZONE and BASSBIN TWINS. As well as throwing his own parties, like his yearly "80’s" birthday bash. In 2010, DJ STEVEN K became a certified digital audio engineer and finally started producing his own tracks. Since March 2010 he has been mastering his skills at becoming the premiere producer in Charlotte, NC. He is learning everyday as he is producing and remixing house, electro house, breaks, and progressive housemusic. With each track getting better and better he will put his mark in the EDM world. He released his first album in Oct. 2010 with all tracks written, produced, mixed, and mastered in his studio by him. Since March he has produced over 40 tracks.
On a personal note, thank you for taking the time to check out my demos. I’m sure you have a busy schedule and have a lot of demos to go through. To get signed with your label would be an amazing and awesome accomplishment in my DJ/producer career and to be associated with all the awesome talent you have.
